2005 Land Rover LR3 for $25,000?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a 2005 Land Rover LR3 at $25,000 (No navigation). This car has only 7000 miles on it and it comes with Roof Rack, Frame Protection Bar with Fog Lights, and Side Steps (Running Board). This car is in excellent condition. Since the resale price of this model is really low, I wonder if $25,000 is a good price? I checked out the website and found out that half of the listings are lower than $20,000. Therefore, is this a good deal for me? Please, any one? Thanks!
By the way, does 2005 model come with BMW engine or Jaguar engine? Thanks!

i have a question that has been on my mind and i was wondering if anyone can answer it, ok its an opinion question i guess lol. its about the new acura mdx. i know that i comes standard with no roof rack, but my questions is: does the acura MDX look better with roof rack, or no roof rack?

Can I use a car top carrier?

I have a ’92 Acura Legend. I’m driving home for the summer on Saturday, but I have too much stuff to take with me. I’d really like to get a car top carrier so I can have more space to pack stuff, but I don’t have a roof rack to attach one to. All the carriers I can find seem to be the kind that need to be attached to a rack. I’ve heard there are other kinds that attach differently, but I can’t find anything about them. What can I do? Bungee cords? 0_o

Should I fix car before selling it?

I’m getting ready to sell a car for the first time. The car I am going to be selling is a 1997 4-door Chevy Blazer. I have 2 main questions before beginning this process. The vehicle has 2 main problems with it which are both fixable. I am debating as to whether or not fixing prior to selling would be a good or bad thing (return on investment).

Problems:
Cracked Windshield (Quoted 165 to fix).
Dead Heat Fan Motor (Quoted 165 to fix).

If I fix these problems do you think I will get a better price for the vehicle (which offsets the price of the fix)? or should I try to sell it as is?

My second question. Based on your opinion of whether or not it should be fixed first. What is a good goal for the selling price of this vehicle?

* Well-kept interior
* Exterior has some small scratches. The trim is missing off the drivers door (I still have the trim and could attempt to reattach it if you think it will add value).
* Green 4-door
* Rear Wiper
* 4WD
* Automatic
* New tires in front, rear tires in good condition
* Rear bench seat folds down (splits in 2).
* Roof rack
* AM/FM radio and Cassette
* Automatic Windows and Locks
* Cruise Control
* Passed inspection 3 months ago.
* Approximately 161k miles.

I bought a secondhand car with a problem?

The dealer said he would get it fixed as i had a 1 month Garantee so even after 1 month would be classed as a ongoing problem.Now he said after saying it was mended and the problem is still there that i can have my money back.But i have changed my insurance paid for roof rack and top box and seat covers the extra,s was £240 thats without changing insurance etc.He will not pay the extra,s and i dont want to be without a car as i got rid of my old one in the deal.Can i make them get the problem solved as i dont want to part with my Car now and i need transport.Please can anyone advise……..Marion
